Home Pizzaiolo Pizza Class – Classic Italian Pizza
First things first! For our first class, we will learn how to build a strong foundation and cover basically everything you need to know to make a Classic hand tossed “NY Style” pizza baked right on your home oven. I’m gonna walk you through the process of selecting your ingredients (flour, tomato sauces, cheeses, and toppings) from your local supermarket all the way to making the dough by hand and using a mixer, make dough balls, stretch your dough manually and bake a pizza like a professional pizzaiolo would do. Class duration is about 3-1/2 hours of elbows deep in our craft in every sense of the way, and all this inside a professional pizzeria. Very limited spots, as each student will get personal time and enough practice stretching and baking pizzas. Your pizza parties will never be the same after this!
