A staple originated in the early 1920’s in the Merrimack Valley Massachusetts where locals affectionately call it ”beach pizza”. It has a dough that’s rolled out by hand per tradition and baked in custom made blue steel trays yielding a thin, crispy and flaky crust, slightly sweet tomatoes sauce, Wisconsin mozzarella & imported oregano.
