Our Sicilian Style Pizza

Slow-fermented pizza dough stretched and pushed out by hand, that yields an airy, fluffy, and flavorful crust. Made with organic tomato Basil sauce, Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese & finished off with fresh basil, parmesan cheese, and imported oregano. Because of the time required to prep and craft this pizza, it is available only at the shop by the square in limited daily quantities and full pizzas with a minimum of 6hrs notice.
